"My chosen children! Now is the time for purification. Hold my hands of burning mercy tightly. Actually it is not you who are holding my hands, but it is I who have called you and am holding your hands. Now renounce everything, follow me completely and practice and spread my messages of love. Then, through you, who think you are unworthy and poor, great miracles of love beyond anyone's imagination will be accomplished.

I, who am the Helper in Redemption, I will make you the Lord's glorious garland of flowers. "

A Heartfelt Welcome for Our Lady of Naju by The Blessed Diocese of Ruteng, Indonesia

This is a report on the Marian conference in Ruteng in late March, 2007, which the Bishop and the faithful of that diocese had prepared for with lots of prayers and hard work for a long time.  As it was during Lent, Mrs. Julia Kim was suffering pains more severely than usual, but she entrusted everything to the Blessed Mother as usual and left for Indonesia.

The airplane to Ruteng did not have enough seats for all thirty-plus companions from Korea.  One third of them had to take a bus.  Julia was suffering extreme pains and would find the bus trip especially difficult, but said, We will live together or die together.  So, they all took a bus.  Julia offered up the pains with love.

Julia and her companions arrived in Ruteng four or five hours later than scheduled.  There were countless people by the roadside enthusiastically welcoming the bus and car parade which carried the statue of the Blessed Mother of Naju, Julia and her companions.

In a striking contrast to the condition in Korea, the Indonesian Bishops and priests were enormously fervent and earnest in welcoming the visitors.  One could easily see the genuine love and joy that was overflowing in their hearts.  The local government declared March 24 and 26 (in addition to March 25, Sunday) special holidays so that more people could participate in this special occasion.  The hospitality of the Indonesian people toward the Korean visitors was most sincere and moving.

During this Marian conference, the Lord and the Blessed Mother made clear Their intention to accomplish Their work through Julia, whom They chose, by working many miracles of healing the dumb, the deaf, the blind, and other handicapped people through Julias prayers of reparation combined with her sacrifices.

Julia always joyfully asks for more pains for the benefit of others, but, as a result, she does suffer enormous pains.  Nevertheless, she embraced and kissed every one of the enormous crowds at every gathering, revealing her heroic love as an apostle of the Sacred Heart of the Lord and the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Mother.

The time when Julia was individually greeting and praying for the priests, religious, and lay people was filled with strong emotion and love.  The Lord and the Blessed Mother poured down Their love and grace like a waterfall upon Their children in Indonesia who loved the Blessed Mother of Naju so much that they invited Julia to their land.  To them, Julia relayed the messages of love from the Blessed Mother of Naju and repeatedly emphasized that the Lord and the Blessed Mother love them very much so that they may accept well Jesus Who is truly alive in the Eucharist and has come as the Transfuser for sinners and may practice love.  She told them about twenty-five Eucharistic miracles.

Julia also emphasized that the prayer of life for the sanctification of oneself and other souls might be difficult to practice at the beginning but, if practiced patiently and assiduously at every moment of life even including what happened in the past, it would be a wonderful and powerful prayer that could help the Lords and Blessed Mothers work of human salvation and could dissolve our lives in the Lord so that we might advance in acquiring holy virtues.

She said that, even though the numerous signs as well as spiritual and physical healings are important, what the Lord and the Blessed Mother really wish is that we practice Their messages and live our life based on the Gospel teachings so that every soul, not leaving any single one behind, may not be abandoned but be saved.

We deeply thank the Bishops of Bali and Ruteng who made this Marian conference possible and successful with their prayers, sacrifices and love.  In this Lent and the Easter season afterwards, let us offer up more prayers and sacrifices for the official recognition of the Blessed Mother of Naju, being aware of the honor of being aboard Marys Ark of Salvation as people who have transcended (their self-centeredness and the things of the world) and have been saved.

All the glory to the Lord!  Amen!
